Kevin Oster is News Monitor’s 2023 Citizen of the Year
Kevin Oster, mayor of Lidgerwood, North Dakota, received a surprise Tuesday, Feb. 20.
After concluding his opening remarks at Lidgerwood’s first State of the City event, Oster learned he is the News Monitor’s 2023 Citizen of the Year. The honor, commemorated in “Our Community — Our Strength,” the 2024 Profile magazine, was recognized by News Monitor Publisher Tara Klostreich, General Manager Diana Hermes and Managing Editor Frank Stanko.
