New Utility Billing Portal: Citizen Portal

The City of Lidgerwood has launched a new online payment system for utility bills called Citizen Portal, in partnership with Paya, a Nuvei company.
Residents can now securely view and pay their bills online, sign up for Autopay, or use the convenient Text & Pay option.

• Register for full account access: lidgerwoodnd.payacp.com/portal/signup

Through the new portal, you can:

• View your account balance, billing history, and payment records

• Update your contact information

• Enroll in Autopay or Text & Pay for quick and easy payments

• Pay securely using a credit/debit card or bank account (ACH)

Please note: If you were previously enrolled in Auto-Pay, you will need to re-enroll in the new portal.
Payment processing fees apply: 3.95% for credit/debit cards or $1.99 for ACH transactions.

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant servers to protect your information.
